I'm Emily, founder of Petalhouse. During a season shaped by challenging health diagnoses and early motherhood, I experienced firsthand how inaccessible traditional gardening can feel when you need the restorative power of nature the most. The time, the hauling, the endless driving from nursery to nursery...it all felt impossible, and I knew hiring a traditional landscaping service wasn't going to deliver the fine gardening experience I longed for.

We're a boutique garden company in the Wilmington, NC area focused exclusively on softscaping – the artful placement of potted plants, annuals, perennials, and small flowering shrubs to bring beauty and personality to your space.
